Chris-yeah I know, some people like the low mileage cars. Personally, mileage doesn't matter to me if equipment has been well maintained-better than a low mileage one that has been rotting away in a garage and has to be reconditioned due to lack of use. As you know this topic has been covered many times on this forum and we all have our opinions on it.

Hope you find your E-Type and also hope your bro finds what he's looking for.

Hey Roger,
Thanks for the "feeback." I spoke with my brother and he'd like to get something with a little less miles. Sorry, that's just the way he is.......
Thanks, Chris.

Yeah Chris, thanks for the response. I don't have a dig. camera or a scanner, but I can mail you some pics if you like. Let me know the address you'd like to have them sent to and I'll get them out right away. My car has 61.4k on it and I'm in the process of having new carpets, etc. installed. It's about 50% completed and looks very nice. I also just finished refurbing the 2 little aluminum running boards and the 2 stainless scuff pads on the rocker panels so that dresses off the new carpets nicely. I've done many things to get the car in shape and if your interested I will list in detail all the things that have been done.

I have also wanted an E-Type and just haven't made it yet. I used to show an XJ6 in Colo. and Ca. and I thoroughly enjoyed the car. It was my daily driver and I never had any problems with it but it took a ton of work to get in shape for shows and I managed to earn several trophies with it.

If you'd rather talk off-line you can contact me at [email protected] or 928-680-6826.

Later, Roger B.

Chris-was wondering if you located a 308 for your brother. If not, I'm considering selling mine. It's in the upholstery shop for new carpets, etc. so that should be completed next week. I believe I notified you a few weeks ago but I never heard back. I'm in Lake Havasu City so not too far away and I could even deliver the car to you.

Let me hear from you and we can discuss the details of the car. Thanks, Roger B.
