I drove 275 miles and hung out with a bunch of NSX's and souped up Vette's through Ortega and up Mt Palomar rd in 102-107 degree heat, had dinner with relatives in Del Mar (San Diego) after the run was over, and hung out with Beth, a new F-chatter and soon to take possession of her 348  What a boring week this will be.. | ||

How hot was it? The temperature was near 100�. Therefore, I thought it was a nice time to take a drive along the ocean. Driving north on the Pacific Coast Highway in August just afternoon is a great drive. In the coolness on the coast, I watched everything: beachgoers, surfers, jet skis, sailboats, ships. The sidewalks were crowded with many young things to see. Although the traffic was heavy, there were a few spots to go from stop to the legal limit in a short period of time. It was 25 miles an enjoyable driving. I hope you all had a good drive this weekend. |
