I can not comment on the purchase of a vehicle, but Carl in the service department is a great guy, he has performed an oil change and helped me with a minor wring problem. He saw me immediatelly and had me on my way quickly while at the same time explaning to me info about my car.

I just bought a 550 from Rick at Black on Black 3 weeks ago and he was great to deal with. His cars all seem to be in mint condition. He went the extra mile to ensure any little problems were addressed. Look the car over - they will fix anything cosmetic that you find needs attention - scratch on rim, etc. I had a check engine light go on a week after I bought it and they addressed it immediately. Carl in the shop is great to deal with. They get a lot of initial inquiries - so Rick does not get serious until he is sure of the transaction - then he will spring into action on any requests you have agreed on. Time will tell, however, it is my initial opinion that you will find he has a lot of integrity and looks for a long term relationship. |
