Just got back from the mechanics place, and he had a Mondial 3.2 in for service. The exterior and mechanics are good, but the interior was completely shot. Looked as if a mountain of mud was dropped inside the car, and then hosed out. In fact, car looked like it was retrieved from the bottom of a lake.

This isn't a salvage car, or anything like that. And before anyone chimes in "it's not a garage queen" this isn't normal wear and tear or hard driving, but neglect or laziness. It was truly a sad case, and apparently the owner just leaves the top down parked outside day and night and doesn't care.

I should take photos next time I see it. It doesn't take much to give these cars a little bit of care. I'd hate to see his daily driver (no, this wasn't it).

Did I tell you about the Mondial used on a ranch? Yep...
