Hi guys, I am new to this discussion group. Let me quickly introduce myself. My name is Simon Yeh, and I am in Fullerton near Brea mall. Couple of months ago I bought my first exotic which is also my dream car since I was young: a 1989 Lambnorghini Countach 25th Anniversary. I am also deeply in love with Ferraris. I've been lurking around on this list for some time now. I love reading the ineresting comments on this list. By the way, last Saturday (8/16) about 7:00 am at the intersection of Nohl Ranch Rd and Santa Ana Canyon Rd, I saw a red Testarossa. Was that someone from this list? | ||

360 Spider parked on Grant in Redondo Beach. I just got back from an east coast trip, and out of Philly, NY, Boston, and everywhere in between, the only Ferraris I saw were a red 360 and a grey 400i, both in Back Bay. | ||

Went down to Laguna Beach today and spotted a red 512TR parked on Forest Ave... and a 308GTS cruising around... Then from Newport Coast Dr turning onto PCH was a Cal Blue 360 Modena... great day... but VERY HOT!! | ||

Hi JL, this guy was really nice. We had a chat for about a half hour. Turns out he has had a Ferrari since he was 23 (I'd guess him to be mid to late 40's). He bought this car in April from FoBH. He wrecked and burned his last car, a Testarossa, in March near our house. I had heard about the wreck but thought it was a Mondial, not a TR. He has been going up to Pebble for 18 years so could not join us this weekend. He said he had been on Fchat one time but does not hang out there. He was driving the F40 to Pebble today. He was going to show it but not enter it in the Concours untill next year. I hope to get to know him better. | ||

I am at a few day long event at this office complex near John Wayne Airport...While trying to find this place I saw: GORGEOUS two tone rosso bordeaux/black 308 GTS turning off of Redhill. I waved my S.F. flag at him and Im pretty sure he noticed when he passed me Then in the parking let next to mine I see a covered 355 spider. Im going around to explore a little bit to see if I can find anymore! | ||

Hello Eveyone, I saw a group of ferrari's today near my house at sunset blvd in brentwood, yellow 360, red 360, and about 3 others behind those, traveling east crossing at mandeville cyn. Then at the same time traveling west, I think a silver testarosa, and an aston martin. There were about 3-4 others 355 included, that I couldnt make out. I think they turned around too to meet, Must have been some of you guys here getting together for a sunday drive. Very cool. Started my morning off in a great way. | ||

Saw a lot of Ferraris today! First, on my way to class, I saw a red Mondial cab and a Grigio Alloy 360 on Sunset. Then, after class, on my way to lunch (Natalie on the corner of Olympic and Robertson), I spotted a fresh Nero 575M, a Argento 360, a black Mondial cab, and antother 360. About a week ago, there was a dark grey 308 in my parking lot at UCLA. | ||

Yesterday saw I saw a red 360 crossing Hollywood Blvd, and a red Mondial on Sunset. Then to day I had a real treat, again on Sunset I saw a sweeet yellow F50. It was a middle aged black gentleman driving it. Very nice ride. Then I saw another red 360 F1. The guy had just finished picking it up today from the dealer. He told me he was on the waiting list for two years. I congratulated him and told him about the site. | ||

Today's commute yielded a red Mondial cab, Grigio Titanico 360 Spider, and a Nero 550 Barchetta (But with that ugly top on! *grrr*), all on Sunset this morning. The 360 Spider was amazing, it was waiting to get out of the Bel Air gates (Bellagio), and it just had this...presence. It's an awesome car. And ooh, the rumble as the 550 blew past me. *grin* | ||

Yesturday (Tuesday, the 8th) I saw a red Mondial cab on PCH heading south around 1pm. I spent the afternoon at all the dealerships down there and finally met up with Armen. Great guy and a great dealership (Newport Autosport!). After that I went to the airport (John Wayne) to do some spotting and one of the locations I go to that is a great picture spot is surrounded by private hangers. This one hanger had its doors open to reveal a nice private jet, a brand new Porsche 911, an old Fiat Spider, and a nice silver Maserati Spyder parked outside. Lucky guy | ||

Ooh, if you saw those today, I think they could be real. As I was driving down Sunset this morning, three really exotic cars blew past me heading westward. I didn't really recognize them, but Carrera GT crossed my mind. There was a black one, a yellow one, and a silver one. Whatever they were, they looked awesome. | ||

Yesterday's spottings: Spotted separately along PCH near Pacific Palisades, a titanium 360 Spider, a red 360 Modena, and a black Testarossa. Spotted in Santa Monica near the Promenade, TWO Carrera GTs, one silver and one black. Were they fakes? I assumed so at first as they pulled up and stopped at a light directly in front of me. When they took off, however, it was obvious from the sound that they were at least Porsche-powered. | ||
