Hello Wolfgang

thanks for your thoughts.

I'm sure it is definitively not in the sense of Jens and Amar to stop track days in the future and esp. on the Nurburgring.

I don't want to criticize Jens or Amar BUT everybody should know that the Nurburgring is the most difficult and most dangerous circuit in the world.

NOOOO - I don't want to say: let's go back to everyday life BUT you should think about WHY it happenes so often on the RING.

Pedal to the metal right after the first lap, fully overestimation, wearing no crash helmets (also in cars), sharing the passenger-seat
with somebody else, never driven (raced) a Ferrari under such difficult circumstances like that, ........

I would never sit on a codriver-seat beside somebody whom I've met thru a forum and who has no experiences how to drive a Ferrari around the
RING with that speed.

Sorry - this crash and the tragic loss of two young lives was avoidable.

May the dead of Amar Inam and Jens Haller be a warning for all of us !!

Helmut

Hello Dirk and Wolfgang

Dirk, if you don't have yet a HOTEL, I suppose to book HOTEL RIEDER which is just 4kms from the paddock.
www.hotel-rieder.de & email: [email protected]
(Mrs. Hamstengel) Please mention the Ferrari Track Days.

Wolfgang

Spectators, who will NOT go on the track, have to
park their vehicles outside the gate. Please send
me an email: [email protected]

Thank you

Hi Helmut,

just wondering if we can park our F. car in the safety paddock area just with a 25.- Euro visitor ticket? I remeber the Formula 1 race last year: 2 Ferraris were stolen from the parking lot.
Sorry just a questions and I`m still not sure whether I have the time to drive there.
Thanks in advance.

Wolfgang

Hi all
Please remember the date of an outstanding event on the Nurburgring GP track: July, 23+24 (Wednesday/Thursday).
We expect a wide range of classic and modern Ferraris, some ENZO's, about 20 Ferrari Formula One cars, sixtime Le Mans winner Jacky Ickx, F-1 champion Niki Lauda and some other highlights.
Please send an email to my private address: (Helmut)
[email protected]
We've just got some entries from the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland.
Visitors will have access also to the paddock area for just 25.00 EURO = 16.00 UKP (for both days)
Best regards
