Hi! It was nice to meet JWA and Dirk at Viva Italia. Nice weather, nice cars, so a nice day! Wolfgang, the Diablo GT was driven by Gerrit Bloemendal, the guy behind the "Lambo Rijssen" dealership in Rijssen. That was the importer of Lamborghini in The Netherlands a few years ago ... He also has many more Lamborghinis, for example a SE30 and Countach 5000QV. | ||

I'm not sure yet. I'm willing to go there for at least 1 day, but it depends if I got work to do or not. I'm trying to set up a small freelance business, so I might got some work to do but if it turns out to be something that fails, I'll sure be there  | ||

Dirk, don`t care about or worry about...who knows? I spoke to Mr. Valentino (you might know him) from Lamborghini 3 weeks ago in Sant Agata. He is working there over 30 years and the NO. 1 test driver from Lamborghini. He told me that only 80 GT`s and maybe one or two prototypes left the factory. 16 GT`s from the 80th Serial were at the 40th Anniv. party 3 weeks ago. ----I realy missed YOU there!---- Wolfgang Wolfgang | ||

I had a nice day, and it was good to see you all, although only for a short time. Dirk, i hope you made a lot of pictures, because i only made a few. In the morning we gathered at my place for a cup of coffee before we drove to Assen.  There weren't as much cars as last year but still a lot of nice people and i got to give 3 people a drive along the circuit and 1 along the paddock.     I tried to make a picture during the ride home, it didn't work out very well, then again it's not easy to make a picture when driving 180kmh.  Greetings to you all Jwa. | ||

great wheater and great cars today in Assen ok perhaps not so many ferrari's but it was defenitly worth it for italian car geaks like myself i'll post some pics for you guys later and for everybody that i met today, it was great meeting you guys Dirk |
