Trevi,

"i'm only crazy"
No, you are one of only a few real Ferraristi!
You drive & love your car and thats it what Enzo would like to see from heaven! I have attended so many meetings, drives and events this year and I know what I`m talking about. I hate this garage-queens coming on a trailor to the event, never ever driven, the owner is sitting the whole day aside his car, looking to the envious faces from the spectators and jerks off...., sorry!

"no, sometimes i really hate my car!"
No, please don`t hate your FERRARI (sorry, its not a car its a FERRARI)!
Its a kind of human being and usal there are sometimes problems which needs to be discussed/repaired;-)

"hopefully not as expensive..."
It worth it!
You cerish a tradition & passion!

wolfgang,
my face is all red now, enough flowers!
i'm only crazy.
btw, my supposed axle drive shaft problem seems to be a broken flange of the wheel bearing now. hopefully not as expensive...
but anyhow, it's always a great experience to start a new season with a repair bill before you have even driven one single meter.

no, sometimes i really hate my car!

Marc,
maybe you will change your mind after you have met Trevi and his Mondial;-)
He is a realy great & funny guy and I wish there would more of him out there!
He can not spend so much pounds in car wax - he needs the cash for repair & fix his Mondial...seems like a never ending story with his Mondial. But he loves his car sooooooo much!

I have no plans to spend millions of pounds on a zax, or hours and hours, but I like my new baby to look clean and shiny while I rip up the streets of North London!

wolfgang,
i'll get the patina back again in one day, so it's not really a loss.
but since i'm checking out the car till the end of the month and put it to its wintersleep, i have to wash out the insects.

Trevi,

WHY the hell do you want to clean your car this Saturday????
I know you have worked hard the whole year to get this fantastic, amazing and awesome recent patina on your car. Please do not destroy this with a stupid carwash!
Carwash-girl sounds good, but don`t let her clean your car...maybe she has alternative capabilities:-)))?

hehe...
i can't hear these stupid stories about cleaning stuff which is more expensive than a 1953 cognac and makes you the hell a lot of work...and next day the weather is bad anyway and all the efforts were for nothing. or you take it to the highway and the whole care is a cemetery for billions of insects again. and if you want to get into the car, you have to take off your shoes first and to slip into your house slippers and a fresh and clean bath robe....and never drive with the roof open, imagine all the dust and dirt coming into the car...a nightmare!! and of course, never smoke in the car, the ashtray would not look mint anymore.

i'm already really p..... off, because on saturday i have to wash my car, at least once in a season i have to get rid off all these insects. i hate it!
maybe i have to look for a carwash-girl and marry her immediately ;-)

I use Zymol on my red 355, previously used it on my black BMW. I can highly recommend the product. It takes a long time preparing the vehicle but once the wax goes on there is no need to do it again for approx. 6 months. If the car ever gets wet you can see from water formation the wax works really well.

It is very expensive to buy - put it on your Christmas list or buy it for a close relative and then borrow it !!

There are different types too - make sure you get the right one for your coloured car.

Marc,

He-he!! I know the feeling...but for me there's nothing better than enjoying my car with my wife. Or should I say OUR car...without her support (and hard cash ) I would never have got the 328. We really enjoy it!

Zoe, my wife, and yes but she is a gem and didn't complain! Even didn't make a fuss about putting the roof up on the way..I think I am going to be owing a few favours!

Hi Marc,

Our cars will make a great matching pair when we eventually get together. Nice shot outside the country manor - thanks! I guess your red overall was underneath the penguin suit?!

Zymol? Don't know myself, but will watch the responses as I am a fanatical cleaner!

Cheers, MARK

All I keep thinking is 'what a car'!

Totally awesome machine..I love it! and we have been getting great weather here this September so far, so I have been using every excuse! We were at a wedding on Sunday in a beautiful English country manor. No one was looking at the bride though!

Have you guys heard of Zymol cleaning products? I have been told it is great stuff - expensive - but specially formulated for Ferraris if you get the right type.
