I thought that writing just a line would be nice style change... lol ;)

I use both all the time, I use the Peugeot for work commuting and daily Madrid traffic horrors (my 406 Coupe is a diesel) While the Ferrari is the one I usually drive on weekends, and only excepcionally to go to work. I do not think I could resist a full winter not driving the Ferrari, plus I trully belive that the problems in any car start when you don't use them enough.

I miss Southern California though, there the Ferrari was my daily driver.

Please do not confine your Ferraris to a long stay in the garage, they won't shrink under some rain, just drive according to the circunstances. Snow/ice is a different matter though, I won't take it out with snow, fun, but risky.

I would drive the Peugeot in the winter and spare the Ferrari. Although good weather is good weather, which means that it is fun to drive the Fcar.

I thought of putting wintertires on my 360 but this cost a bit too much. I just keep it in the garage and turn off the battery if I don't use the car > 3 days.

Else it's what Trevi said : when it's not snowing use and drive that bloody car or else buy yourself a Peugeot.

Didier.

I just keep the car during the winter in the garage. It's warm, spacious and dry. That does not mean that I don't drive the car in the winter. On a nice sunny day I take her for a drive (as long as there is no salt on the roads).

Marc,

yep, you asked the "Bonkers-Dudes".
And the answer comes as anticipated!
But I swore you, we are not kidding - its true.

For a serious answer, how to protect you car for dust, frozen, battery, tires, oil, rust a.s.o you should ask the gents who store their "garage-queens" over winter and don`t drive.

have it in the private section of a public parking garage. no cover, no dehumifier and all that other hippie-stuff. just turn off the battery. dust goes away when i'll take it out again next season.
the only thing i do is to wash the car (only wash, no waxing and polishing) and fill up the fuel tank.

Drive, just drive my Ferrari when the roads are dry and no snow or ice are on the roads. Have NO season plates! If I can not drive during the snowy-time (2-3 weeks)my garage has a heater and is dry and the car is covered with a paletot. So I do not think about all the things you must or have to do for the "hibernation".
