julio:
wolfgang and i are NEVER serious ;-)
you don't have to apologize, it's wolfgang's fault. he tried to cheat me not giving me an answer about the islands and giving me the impression it's not an island.

you are right about the germans ;-)
however, i have never been in mallorca, but i believe there are no mountains higher than 2000 m and the lack of vegetation points definitely to the canarians.
that was one of my first thoughts wich i did not express, because of the mess about the islands (bad bad wolfiebaby ;-) ).
the license plate is not readable, but it looks like a GC which should stand for gran canaria.

wolfie???

Hi guys,

I am sorry Trevi, if I did mention the Islands was because I did not see any reference from Wolfgang saying it was not an ilsand.

Wow you guys takes this seriously...

However I also had a doubt, I did not know if it was Gran Canaria or Tenerife.

However, Trevi, Wolgan is German, and there are 2 places in Spain that are almost half owned by Germans, Mallorca and Tenerife. ;) That would had been agood start.

julio,
it can't be the canarians nor the balears, cause wolfgang said no island.
he also said it's above of 2000 meters, that narrows the possibilities also, but i don't know out of my head, which of the spanish mountain chains fall into this categories...
does anybody know a good online map? can't find any.
ronda sounds tempting, but i don't believe it's that high.

Hi,

Trevi there are more mountain chains in Spain than just the Pirinees and Sierra Nevada. In the islands too, and most of them have great mountain roads.

Make your pick:
- Picos de Europa
- Sistema Central
- Sierra de Gredos
- Sistema Iberico
- Sistema Penibetico
- Sierra de Ronda
- Any of the Canary Islands
- Balear Islands (Mallorca, Menorca or Ibiza)

And them many many smaller ones. Ah and do not forget Portugal.

Trevi,
strange to give the right answer on your questions and list.

--Not as listed by YOU--

Yes, over 2.000 meters high
Yes, you can excluse the balkan
Not Greece
Not Turkey

Keep on buddy the car-polish is waiting!

And hey man, you are going to loose your face here if you won`t find it with all this tips right now.

Hey, who else is online and watching is contest/enigma and Trevi`s jam?

you are a sadistic a$$hole!
it's none of the following countries:
- portugal
- spain (sierra nevada, pyrenees)
- france (pyrenees, alps)
- switzerland
- germany (alps)
- italy
- croatia
- austria (alps)
- creta (island)
- cyprus (island)
- i would exclude the balcan countries
hmmmm....not so much left then.
it must be in the southern part of europe, about 2000 meters high...
what's left...greece and turkey

are there no islands in europe???????
ok, it's in europe, it isn't in the alps, it isn't in the pyrenees, it isn't croatia, it isn't switzerland, it isn't in the sierra nevada, there's the sea nearby.....
it looks like the southern part of europe, above the timberline, should be around 2000 m high...
it can't be spain then, because it's not the sierra nevada and not the pyrenees, it's not france therefore either....
italy...apennin...sicily?

Howdy Rob,
"what is a bonker" or "what are bonkers"?
...a little bit of:
-batty
-loopy
-pixilated
-crazy
-mad
-wacky
-nutty
-kinky
-loony
-screwy
-daisy
-zany
This all together in GOOD FUN are the European BONKERS. A free zone of politic, racisms or any other discriminagion...just fun chatting with friends. So we do not need to hijack any other (serious) threads and meet us here for ?....? whatever everybody wants to let the rest know.

wolfiejimmy
to be honest, i hate polo-shirts, i'd prefer regular t-shirts (and in this case embroidering would be a little bit exaggerated, printing is enough), but the design idea is good. what about producing both types? the polo for people with 1000 posts and the tshirts for the other bonkers?
however, i think you should ask rob for an OK. but i'm sure he will appreciate it :-)

Thanks TreviJimmy,

I`m working on the T-Shirts; but I would prefere
to print some Polo-Shirts with embroided letters and no imprints. So we would have much more and longer time fun with them. Andy ideas, as usual, are very welcome.

Good Morning BONKERS!
....and a very warm welcome to DES! To be honest, I was serious waiting to CU here;-) Its something like your DESChat you are running.
Sorry for my delay answering you a bit late. I was off for a business trip to Dallas/TX and arrived yesterday late evening back in Germany.
Good to CU here again...I missed my beloved ferrarichat.com the last 5 days. But likwise I have mentioned in another post: Don`t mess with Texas.....Silver City / Fantasy Farm;-)))) and lotds of fun, warm weather, cool live gigs in smal places and I real low US $ makes fun;-)
I did some pics and will post them the next few days;-)

LOL, Ermin, something tells Europe is much like this forum on the board - a little more laid back than the rest of the world, with plenty of room for smiles and lots of importance on laughs and good times...

Man...and I thought I was a sick fukc!! Wolfgang's on a 1,000 posts - we should think of a special award for him too.

Wolfman - I like the t-shirt idea by the way.
