The Jeep is the better half's car and the 300M is my car for work. I do so many miles in it for work that I try to keep away from it in the evenings and on weekends. I like to play with my toys and the only way possible to get a decent amount of playtime in a sports car will be to have a 2+2 when the baby arrives. The motorcycle will be for solo time and a chance to clear my head. For the first time in my life I'm thinking about practicality. Maybe it has something to do with being a father soon.

But aren't those 4 door vehicles I spied in your garage? Who says you can't have at least 1 two seater with a baby in the family? Well, congrats on the Porsche purchase and enjoy!

Thanks Sandra,
Unfortunately, I have a deposit on the car and it will be leaving in 1 week. With a baby on the way I need a 2+2 for my "fun" car. I absolutely love the color combo and will be sad to see it go. Have yet to see another QV like it. I love the Ferrari experience, but my only affordable 2+2 option is the mondial and GT4 whose styling just doesn't grab me. Not trying to start any flames, just my personal view. I have purchased an '89 Porsche 928GT as a replacement, a rare 5-spd with factory revised cams and fuel mapping to put out 326 hp/ 316 ft.lbs, that likes to rev almost as freely as a Ferrari.

I just use a some Simple Green and spray with water. Run the car for awhile after washing to heat up the engine and steam off any remaining wetness. For the wrinkle black paint and red colors, there is this protectant called S100 that Is for motorcycles and can be picked up at many Harley dealers.

It looks really good. I think that the gray might be the only color that I like with the red interior. How do you keep the engine compartment so clean? I like your opinion on higher mileage Ferraris, they're meant to be driven not stored. All cars run better when they're run often.

I figured that I would finally post images of my toy. Picked it up in January and have since covered 2800 miles. The car now has 78,000 miles. The car put down 191hp and 159ft/lbs to the rear wheels on a dyno three weeks ago. Assumung a 17% loss through the drivetrain, it still puts out factory claimed numbers. Who says you should buy a low mileage Ferrari.
