Awesome JR, for kicks and we promise not to take it as bragging, but we would love to hear a list of all the various Ferrari models you've worked on in your days.

JR, thanks for showing me the photos of ol' #0937 when I was at your shop the other day. It was amazing on what you did to bring her back to life. Also, big thanks on finding me that 944 fender. YOU RULE!

Tom, never compare an auto such as this to a Viper (Uugh.) ever again.

JR, thanks for sharing. Beautiful car.

BTW, no comment on that Viper reference. Shame on you, Tom!

The series of restoration photos numbers well over 1K. I'll post a half dozen to give guys a feel for the project. the present owner Dr. M. Kawamoto purchased the car from Rob de la Rive Box in the early to mid 70's. Tried to have the original engine repaired in Japan 3 times, ended up changing engines. The car was shipped to me from Japan for a total restoration, along with re-instalation of original engine. The car was totaly restored and is now back in Japan. As was previously noted, #0937 was originaly owned by Bridgitte Bardot and appears in many books including, "The Spyder California, A Ferrari of Particular Distinction" by George M. Carrick, a book that is out of print
