Two more little things. When, not if, your swivel on your engin bonnet hood support breaks, you can replace it with a Craftsman 1/4" socket swivel. It works great. And last but not least is a picture of my 62 XKE. I just had to show you.  | ||

Here is a picture of the pedal covers I made out of 309 S.S. They look good and my foot does not slip at all. Best of all about $4.00  | ||

That frist picture was how I mounted my XR700 ignition. A small piece of aluminum under the old coil mount. The engin bonnet closes just fine. The next two pictures of a trunk lid cover I made out of a piece of aluminum, some carpet, and some molding. After using the zipper on the old one about 3 times it broke. You can actually put tools on this lid and I have seen no debris in the trunk.  | ||

This is a few of the things I did to my 308 which I think made it better. Not stock but I would do the same thing over if I bought a new car. This is the first time I have used showroom so please bare with me. |
