Troy,

I imagine that you've seen the car in person. If not, you are in for a real treat! The color looks amazing in the flesh but, then again, I think all Ferraris do.

Sunny,

I have plenty of pictures and I will definitely post more if you are interested. I can't stop taking them! Check this spot for some more soon!

Regards,
Augustine

Augustine,
I dont know how many 328s are Azzurro Metallico, but I can tell you that at least one other has been painted that color. I am currently awaiting delivery of an 88 that is the same color. Cant wait for it to get here.

I just wanted to say that color is incredible. Everytime I see a 328, I think of this color.

Any more pics?

Marcel,

The exact color name is Azzurro Metallic. This is what it says on the factory Glasurit paint sticker under the engine lid.

Augustine

Hi Augustine,

Welcome to the joys of 328 ownership! Now, if I could just sort out my car's rear view mirror switch, passenger window, exhaust silencer, stereo system, cam belts, engine bay gas struts, ......

Ron,

The color plate states that the interior color is Crema. It is a very light creme color that looks nice now. I just hope that I don't smudge or scuff it too badly over time. I imagine that dirt and cracks will be very noticeable.

Augustine

I've never imagined and seen a blue 328...it's beautiful, and probably prettier in person!

Augustine, is that a tan or white interior?

No, I got lucky with the hydrant. After taking the photos, I got the sudden urge to go for a ride. I'm sure all of you know what that is like.

To answer your question, Dave (Maranelloman), I took these photos of the car in Longport, NJ where I live. It was one of the few nice days we've had all year. It was the first time I had the top off of the car and I had a blast driving it around.

Again, thanks to all for the fantastic comments. I think that I could get used to this Ferrari thing!

Thanks guys,

I couldn't be happier with the car. Now I am excited to get out to some of the meets in the tri-state area. I know of the Reading Concours. Are there any others?

The color on the plate says Azzuro. This is somewhat funny since this simply means blue in Italian. I am curious to see if there is a more detailed name. I also wonder how many other 328s have been painted in this shade.

I just entered the realm of Ferrari ownership with a 1989 328 GTS. I bought the car last Friday from a friend in West Chester, PA and I am so glad I did. It is everything that I've always wanted it to be!Upload
