Augustine, I think it will be a little while before she wants a new dog. He was with her 9 years, so she has to get past the grief and the thought of a "replacement" since he is irreplaceable. He was part of every activity for 9 years. There will be a point when a new dog is a new dog, not a replacement for Casey. Maybe next summer we will see, but too many memories and pictures in the house now. I never thought the loss of a dog would be so hard, since I never had a dog. But I miss him just as much as her.

Mule, I hear you. That's a real shame. Are you both planning on getting another one? Our most recent dog purchase is a boxer and it could be the greatest pet we've ever had. Certainly worth looking into. All the best! -Augustine |

Augustine, Thank you, kindly. No, I haven't seen the article. I will look for it on Ebay. But the car is not the same without the black dog to go with it. Seems a little less fun.

Mule, Beautiful car! Did you ever see the August 1989 issue of Motor Trend? There is a great article about a few guys that drive a black 328 from FNA to Ft. Lauderdale. I must read it a few times a year still. Thanks! -Augustine |
