Hi, I am new to Ferrarichat. I am looking at a 1983 512BBi. i just love the rawness of it. Somebody told me that they get so hot in the cockpit that it is unbearable. Is this so?

Wow, sweet car. It's definitely the nicest 512BBi that I have seen. The unmodified ones are alright, but this takes it to a whole new level. I actually had to save a picture of it to my Forza Ferrari pictures on my computer.

I really love the BB, there is one for sale at Norwood's right now. I'll probably keep my 328 and then in several years get a 12. I'm lucky to have the 328, I shouldn't get too greedy.

Boxers r gorgeous cars, & yours is very nice. I want to make my 512TR racer into a sort of modern BBLM. My 512TR road car destroys 355s on the straights :) got to work on the brakes a bit more though

My 512BBi (Boxer) has been lowered 2" using adjustable Konies by True Choice, 17" HRE wheels with Bridgestone SO-2 rubber, fresh tweeked engine & tranny by Norwood, "FORCE 10" 48mm aluminum calipers (Stainless Steel Brakes Corp.), Recaro pump seats, U.S. A/C (that works), ATE instead of original junk fuses. Momo strg. whl. Keeps up with 355s on track particularly in the turns and out-torques them at the low end.
(By the way the car is for sale)
