Eric, I bought the velour dash cover from www.italiancarparts.com. I thought you also had bought the dash cover from them. You also claimed that it did not fit. Mine fits OK, though it is not perfect, especially around the three circular air vents. If it did not fit, you should just return it and get a correct one. The reason I got that is because the chemical fume from the dash fogs the front windshield. Mitchel, I am also anxious to see more photos of your beautiful car! |

Yoshi: Thanks for the pics -- that's one beautiful 308! By the way, noticed in the interior pic that you had a dash cover -- is that a velour one? Any recommendations on where to purchase one (that fits like yours)? Mitchel: Can't wait to see some more pics of yours too! |

WOW, that would be cool to get all the Nero Metallico 308s together. I like that polished shift knob you have. I noticed that your E brake handle is a lot higher than mine goes....I wonder why?? I am planning on taking some good digital shots of the 308 this weekend. I'm taking her into the office tomorrow. |

My S/N says 58027 May 85. Here are more photos of my cream interior, though a bit out of focus. I LOVE IT. I think Nero color gives a stealth image. Agree? It would be awsome to see all three Nero 308's side by side!

Yoshi! My car is an 84! Is yours an 84 too? You are correct, my car has tan interior and yours has crema. I am not sure how many Nero Metallico 308s were made, but I can tell you that a Nero Metallico over crema 308 QV is a rare car indeed! I just LOVE how the car looks in metallic black. What a lovely car you have my friend! Whats your serial number?? Mine is 51665/May 1984. Mitchel |

Michel, yes it is Nero Metallico(exactly like yours). The only difference seems to be the interior color. Yours looks like "tan", and mine is "cream". What year is your 308? I wonder how many 308's were made in Nero Metallico. Needless to say, your car also looks gorgeous and well kept of its original condition. |

Hey Yoshi!! In some of the pictures, your car looks Nero Metallico. Is it metallic black or flat black? Check out my profile! My car is Nero Metallico, and I just love it!! Your car is GORGEOUS! |

Somewhat of an ironic picture, the little kid toys behind your toy. I don't know if I would take the swing set over the Ferrari anymore. |

I always thought that black hid the lines a lot (I guess theoretically it does somewhat), but the more I see them the more I like them. I used to only think of getting Ferraris in red, possibly yellow, black doesn't look so bad anymore. There are guys with some nice black 308s, 348s, Willis' 360, William's 512tr, that all look sharp. |

I originally was looking for a red 308, but when I came upon my black one it was love at first site.I was also able to drive my car today on a nice clear sunny day in Detroit,Michigan, but I hear snow is on the way. |

Bret, I like traditional red Ferraris. It's just that I always love cars in black. My previous BMW 635/735 were all in black. The only red car I owned was Porsche 928S4, which I had sold to get this Ferrari. Of course, black is not as visible and attention getter as red when you are going at 100mph+..... |

Nice license plate (and car). Damn, I'm starting to think us red guys are a dying breed here. |
