Yup, all original, except the interior is now tan connolly leather. It used to be white vinyl and it was such a major pain in the 8utt to keep clean, plus, white tends to yellow with age. Since it is vinyl, you cannot recondition it. I was thinking about painting it resale red, but you guys talked me out of it! |

Thats factory? Thats way better then the red on those cars, it seemed to oxidize fast. And, your value just went up, a factory looking respray can run $2k. So, your price just went up that amount. Anyway, BERTONE seemed to be more practical in their designs. Very purposeful, slightly understated, they don't photograph well, you have to get the camera low, kind of like a Mondial, but in person they scream.

Thank you all for your very kind comments. Before all of your comments, I was comtemplating on a color change. Not anymore. I am leaving it all original white. Wow. I was not expecting this as a response but I am so glad I posted the pics here. :-) |

In mechanical design, you study asthetics. For angular objects, 308's & Mondials, a Red or a white will work. Red makes the car look asthetically 20% larger to your eye, thus more tickets. (Remember when all of the Porsches were Lt Blue Silver or Porsche Salmon? 911's are very soft and femanin.) Even a pink Porsche will work. Ever seen a Pink Ferrari? Now Black is not esthetically pleasing, but that's the idea. A mirror Black car will look like a black hole, ..... Deep and mysterious. Yes, white does look bigger, but that helps with the small sleek design of a GT4. I saw a 308GT4 at Norwoods today, I was a little disappointed. faded red. no dino badges or decals. Looks like it needed a home and some attention, could be a nice car. I like your wheels, I also like the prancing crome horse on the back. And,,, I like the name DINO & Bertone. They always seemed to do a fine design. NICE CAR.

Yet another fab looking car... White on Ferraris appears to enlarge the car - makes it look more imposing - nice alloys! Lovely car! |

Yes, lighter colours do look great on the GT4, white, yellow, silver, etc... |

That's what I think too. I don't know why, but the light color seems to show the beautiful lines better. What do you think Peter. Nice GT4! Joe |

Wow! Very few aftermarket wheels look good on a GT4, but these mesh ones, matching the white colour look fantastic! |
