Whoa! Not talking about swapping cars, that'd be a tough sell for most I think. I'm just thinking getting a ride as a passenger....I'm anxious to get a feel of what my next car might be. I'd be too careful to enjoy driving someone else's car anyway.

Maybe we should set an event date and location and post it on the board. Hey, even if guys don't want to swap why not have an extra F-car event for the new year? I wouldn't mind seeing how many F-cars we could get together.

Don, you're speaking from the depth of my heart...
Not sure some of the big boys here would swap with us 308 folks, but hey, I sure am happy and willing to.

Would even be interesting to swap with an owner of the same car. Just to see whether another 308 makes the same funny noises...

I'm in! And a suggestion: I don't know about you guys, but the only Ferrari I've ever been in is my own so it'd be great to get some sort of event centered around short rides where maybe we could get a ride in some of the other cars. Just a thought...

Chris, send me an e-mail when you're going to be downtown for lunch, and we'll do something.

Since when do you need a front plate?
;-)

...never had one on any car. Just too ugly. Once got a ticket for $ 10.

Jay, don't worry about writing a parking ticket for a Chiaro Blue Spyder, get him for not having a front plate and being too loud as a result of the Tubi.

Hey Chris, Happy New Year.

I am also new to the party. I look forward to warm and dry days.

By the way Jay, are all F-Chat members allowed free parking in Highland Park?

If you ever see a Chiaro Blue Spyder at Highland Park Hospital "double-parked" try to not notice it. I do some business out there on Glenview Rd
great town that Highland Park!

Sounds like that could be pretty fun Andreas. They have the same plant but it would be a treat to see the difference in driving characteristics. Drop me an e-mail.

Jay, anytime you're ready for a key swap let me know. I have never driven a Mondial and would love to see what it is like (even just once around the block would be great). And being a first time owner (like me) you might enjoy a few laps in my 308?

I'm new to the party. First time owner, so I'm siked. I wouldn't mind a little drive somewhere 'round town. I'm also looking forward to those F-car events. Can't wait, hell, I'm in!

In France they tour vineyards and visit fine resturants, here in Chicagoland we're just like that except it's corn fields and old A&W drive-ins.

Sign me up, see everyone in the spring....Norm

Count me in for whatever there is. First 'full season' for me and my little red car. If we could only get a few days of sunshine to dry out those salty roads...

Never to early to start planning, how many drives/get togethers and who wants to participate in these.

Hope everyone has had Happy Holidays
