David, The car has been apart since last Oct. Motor and trans are in Shorewood being rebuilt by Bill Badurski. Doing some fun stuff, high compression pistons, P6 cam and velocity stacks, straight pipes. Car was very high milage ~72,000 miles and I plan on driving it not showing it, so I didn't see the need to do an original stock rebuild. Rest of the car is near by in Rockford. Plan is to get it put back together by early summer if everything goes well. | ||

Mark, the Daytona is one of my favorites. I have had my car apart for a little over a year. How about you? I hope to be on the road sometime this summer. Good luck with your restoration also. | ||

Hi All, Need some help in rounding up a few more F-cars for a classic car show in Rockford. The show is indoors on April 26 and 27. Room for 85 cars in 8 classes from Sports Cars and Muscle Cars to Antique and Pre-War Luxury Cars. We already have a mix of latter cars, 348 Spyder, 512BBi, 360 Spyder, 365GTS/4, but need 4 or 5 more cars to round out the Ferrari representation (I'm alittle biased) If you have an early car or know someone with a 50's or 60's Ferrari who would be interested in showing it, please have them e-mail me.
