C O J Good to see the pic. Car looks clean! Yes I ran Sunday. No issues. Did do some damage to a pan at Blackhawk 2 weeks later. Yes, plan on having the car at Oakbrook. |

COJ No damage Sunday. Saturday I ended up in the gravel at Canada corner and damaged the cover plate on the engine pans. Car is @Continental now for some cams and they'll attend to the pan. |

Philip -- hope your pretty 308 was not damaged Sunday... There was a good deal of carnage that weekend I gather -- still a FUN school. I was instructing at Gingerman Memorial Day (Sunday with Alfa club, Monday with CGI). Another FUN, SAFE track. Other events planned: - Putnam with Bimmers in mid-June; also Gingerman with CGI - possibly something in Mid-Ohio TBD - probably Putnam or Road America in October Also spectating at Road America: BRIC vintage races in July, ALMS-SCWC in August; F-1 races at Indy; Concorso Italiano show (Seaside, N Cal) in August. And a bunch of spirited country drives. |

A few other interesting cars attending the event that one wouldn't likely see on the street- or any street at all are a '00 Panoz GTS race car, Shelby Series 1, '74 Jaguar XKE, Several '95 & '00 Cobra R Mustangs, race prepped 930 Turbo and many other hopped-up cars. Many club racers will be testing & tuning and blowing out the winter cobwebs. I invited Milwaukee's Saleen S7 owner up also. It'll be a great weekend for gearheads to get together and hang out to kick off the new season. |

Guys, I'm doing this speed seekers thing up at road america april 12th & 13th. I would be very cool to see another ferrari there, or at least someone to hang with, i'm going solo...my girlfriend will be watching lifetime and my friends don't care about cars. |
