Maybe I should have clarified this: Only cars surrounded by white metal fences on the shots were actually in the show. There are several cars, that just came to the event and parked nearby. Sorry for the confusion. | ||

The 250GTO replica was NOT in the show, that's why it was parked on the street. The owner has other cool toys as well, including a restored Lambo Urraco.  | ||

Ron, thanks. These are actually all digital pictures. I use a Sony DSC 70. Mine has the 3MB chip, but you can get the same camera with a 4MB chip (DSC 80), which of course is preferred. Digital photography has come a long way and you should pick it up for events like this. It cost you nothing (once you have purchased your camera of course) for the film and you can shoot at your hearts content. Also you get instant feedback during and AFTER the shot. Only drawback is action/sports photography. If it has to be fast you either should go with an analog SLR or have to cough up megabucks for a Nikon A1 e.g. So when I do sports (F1) photography, I still use analog film on my Nikon. BTW: FChat only allows 480x640 pictures, so all these shots are a lot worse than the original pictures. I normally use a resolution twice that size. | ||

Here the last batch of pictures from my side (I still have more, but it gets repetitive after a while):  Even my 308 was intriguing enough for some photographers to shoot it.  Does anybody know this Keanu Reeves clone in the '43' leather jacket? Was he a celebrity?  Alderman Burt Natarus (great guy btw!) and a judge debating whether whale wings ever were an option on the 308 series...  In the heart of the beast: Enzo engine  The Datsun based 250 GTO replica is coming along nicely. Huge improvements since I saw it last time in fall at the Lake Forest event.     Shots from the F1   Mike's 246      The rainmaker arrived too late and had to park 'outside'. Maybe that's how we got to have such beautiful weather all day long?  Parts of the surrounding streets started to look like Beverly Hills.  Have Schedoni luggage, will travel.  Noel's 360 and the Hancock.  Marylin Miglin and Noel. This part of the Oak street is actually named after her. She also has a store on it.  Who said the 360 has no enticing angles? | ||
