Jim et al.,

if you like to enjoy the show next year from our 'skybox' on LSD, let me know and I'll make sure there is plenty of beer. All shots were taken from our balcony. It was such a hot day, that it was quite a relief to go inside and hang out in the airconditioned living room for a while.

So, the T'birds were in town, eh? I should have been there. Maybe next year. Instead, I hung around Indy and got T-boned by a kid on a bike who blew a stop sign...ugh.

Her name is Tracey, and she's quite a 'looker'!

Andreas, glad they were just 'shooting' you with a camcorder; you know Chicago.

Thanks Skip!

You know her? Amazing. Sure is a small world. At first I was apprehensive about posting her pics, but then again if you drive an open Ferrari on LSD you have to realize some fans will take your picture.
:-)

Odd thing happened to me the other day: In my car behind a SUV with teenagers. They started shooting me with their camcorder. Weird, but flattering...

BTW: My car lives among those 2.2 million. So far they were nice to it.

Nice pictures Andreas... I have a few too, i'll have to download and post them too. I was working a booth at North Av. Beach both days. At the Air Force Aux. booth, we were selling the programs. Had a real nice front seat. Did you get shots of the B-1 bombers? Another good shot would have been of the fighters traveling at about .8 MACH with the water condensing on the wings...

Saturday was a HOT one out there too, luckily sunday was much nicer...

No, left the F-Car at home, that i was not going to attempt bring it into this city with 2.2 million people....

Now before you all ring the OT alarm bell, here a shot I took while waiting for the planes:

Mistery woman in a 348. This btw is a shot I'd like to do with some of you guys. I love this unusual high above angle and was thinking some of you could do just parade 'laps' up and down LSD and we shoot the cars from above. Obviously a targa or spider car would be best.
