I was leary because of weather.
Rained here early in the morning, but didn't the rest of the day.
Though all day, it looked like it would pour at any moment.
At any rate, I stayed in all day to accomplish all of the things I've been putting off doing, that need to be taken care of.
What did I accomplish??? NOTHING.........as usual! |

I am glad I went. Thanks,Bob,for the info. about this. Nice,not an all day event. And,it was nice meeting the other guys there,too.Not a whole lot of cars...me thinks that too many guys were weary about the weather,too. But,there were some really nice cars there,other than those two,awesome Red 308's!! A few more Ferrari's would have been nice, too. But,it was really "touch and go" with the weather today. But,it turned out O.K. It was actually sunny on my whole ride back(eastbound) I got home. Did my errands. And went out for a topless (Ferrari,not me) ride. Saw the weather forecast,and it called for rain tonite,and all day tomorrow. So I thought that I'd better get in a little drive tonite while I could. |

well,it's 11:15. I am rollin' the dice and going. Hope it holds out . I got to do some errands right after the show ends at 3:00,so hopefully,I can get the Ferrari home and grab my other car b4 5pm. se ya there! Unless it's starts downpour!! |

Keeping an eye on the weather also, the dopler does not look good right now. All we need is just a few dry hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Well,it's now almost 10:00AM,on Sat.13th. It rained here earlier,but stopped and the roads are drying up. So,I will "play it by ear" so to speak,and take it hour by hour. But,if it holds up...I am going to Geneva for the car show 1-3 PM today. |

Lets not forget about the other drive to Geneva,IL. that Bob told us about . This Saturday,from 1-3PM. The lot opens at noon,I believe he said. So,I'll probably get there at noon,or very close after. And,Wed.,09/10-last cruise night in Elmhust. Thurs.,09/11-last cruise night in Westmont(theme is Cadillac,but,everyone loves to see a Ferrari drive through!)And,Fri.,09/12-last cruise night in Downers Grove. Those are all that I know about. But,an opportunity for something to do for 4 days in a row,anyway! |
