Thanks James for that update. Was wondering about it. Too bad, I liked your event. Oh well, something to look forward to next year then.

Actually LFSC promised to call me. And believe me, I won't forget it anyway...

I'm not upset, just jealous. Next year I will come out to these car shows, trust me.

I remember a concours in Indianapolis a few years ago: A guy drives up with his F-40, gets the trophy handed and takes off. Well almost like that. If you have the cool F car, just go to the judge and demand your prize. With a mediocre 308, well...

That sounds fun, will someone from LFSC post something on here letting us know???

Andreas, Are you upset that some of use have trophies already and you don't?? Maybe we should have gotten you one for you aniversary drive we had to Geneva??? You should come out to the suburbs more often and join use at these car shows here.. ;)

We drive our cars there and park them and have them adored...
:-)

You need to preregister though. That's why I called so early. The thing that gets me going, is that they hand out plaques for each participant. And since my car will never ever win anything (unless I crash the Steak & Shake event one night), this is my only way of getting a "trophy" home.

It's no biggie, just another excuse to hang with like minded people, sip some coffee and eat some bagels on a Sunday morning.

Andreas,

What is the Concours at LFSC? Do we drive our F-cars there or is it just a show with new F-cars???

Just got off the phone with LFSC. Because they're moving their facility, they haven't set a date yet for their annual concours. They'd like to hold it at their new location.

Also pls note, that Sue Gatto no longer works there. Ashley is now the person to talk to.

I hope they're gonna have that event again. My favourite for the year actually.
