After the homers by Wood and Alou, the crowd was insane. No way were we going to blow two in a row, right? I live just a few blocks from Wrigley, and I think the strangest part of this is how there was such an intense buzz throughout the neighborhood, and in one day it's gone. Now, it's just another October day.
