Thanks for the comments.

Waldo- I will send you an e-mail

PeterS- I thought about that, but I am not really an artist, and my time is limited to be making custom portraits.

I thought about perhaps making one for each of the specific model series- i.e., one for the 308 GTB/S, 328, 348, 355, 360, etc, and try to sell them as posters over the internet. But, then I face copyright issues. In fact, I had placed my photo at cafepress to see if I could get some interest to buy it, but cafepress removed it, saying that it was subject to copyrights.

Dom...Very nice. Kinko's can print that out for you on some rather large gloss paper, very suitable for framing. You should offer this service matted in a nice frame for FChat members. Have people send you their photo's that they would like to have in the picture. With a decent frame, I do not see what you could not get $300.00 for a custom creation like that. Better yet, just start a website with samples, frame choices and a price list for various sizes and frame combinations. Hell, I'll be your first customer!...Sorry guys, I have my marketing hat on again!

Hmm. evolutionm.net has a separate section just for photoshopped images. Between this and the way the "Ferrari Bikinis" thread is going, ...

When interested just sent me a PM :-)

Well, here's what I did.

I submitted the photo to Cafepress for sale as a mini poster. I will get a better quality photo to them tonight. I put the price at $10.00, if anyone is interested.

The GT4 is not really loved, but they are wrong, they will see ....
Thanks for the composition, it's great.

Dom, FofUK has the GT4 trunk-script for a reasonable price.

BTW, cool looking pic!

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, I still have the .psd file at home. I tried it at 100% opacity, but didn't think it looked as nice. I have it set at about 78% opacity. This way, you can still see my ultimate pedals behind the car.

Faisal, I thought about it, but figured 1) The demand on the GT4 is low, 2) Someone would probably want a photo of their particular car.

I just don't have the time to be making these. I'm not a pro with photoshop, and this one took me a couple of hours. I used the extract feature on the car, the ferrari badge, the horse, and the dino script. Took a long time to get it to look right.

I did send a copy of the .jpg to cosco and will have an 8x10 developed. I'll pick it up tonight and see how it looks.

Dom, looks great - but I have a suggestion: let's see it with the car at 100% opacity. Hopefully you still have your .psd version with layers :-)!

Print out an 8 X 10 and put it up on Ebay with no reserve. That will tell you what people really think.

Well, I had a couple hours of free time this weekend (very unusual), so I decided to play a little with photoshop.

Upload

I was at a carshow where some guy was selling something like this for over $200. He would photograph your car, and create a montage for you. So, I decided to see if I could do it as well.

All the photos are from my car, except the Dino GT4 script, which I scanned in since I don't have the Dino Gt4 badge on my car :-(
