The solid, calm and predictable behavior at 'spirited' speeds.

The timeless beauty.

The smile I get from strangers when they see the stupid grin on my face when I drive it.

The recognition factor/ thumbs up from the 'ricer' crowd. Amazing!

I still get the same feeling of excitement seeing my car or another ferrari in the street as I did when I was a teenager. I still cant beleive its mine. I will never get tired of her beauty.

When I took my Vette to the track and got it sideways in a corner, it took all my skill to keep it on the track.

When I take the Ferrari to the track and get it sideways in a corner, I am still thinking about the line into the next corner and braking points, with the throttle foot down.

That is the difference in drivability!

The fact that my brakes will be optional if Tony Roberts is a pedestrian in front of my 308:-)

Ferrari is not superb in comfort nor convenience as a transportation. Luxury sedan & SUV is better in these area.
What impresses most is the joy factor. I never physically enjoyed driving a car before. All senses are re-vitalized by driving Ferrari. Sound & the feel of driving Ferrari, you just don't get the same w/ other cars. Physically you can enjoy driving. That's most impressing on Ferrari.

Whats impressed me the most is how Lambo owners always try to convince you how you made a mistake and how lambo is so much better and how they are so much faster and attract so much more attention and the doors flip up and road and track chose it over the ferrari....

The look, the sound of the engine, the joy of driving, the attention it gets.

I love the fact that it is a moving piece of kinetic art. And one becomes so alive behind the wheel.

I've been surprised at how reliable it is, and how well the AC works. It's a great commuter car

That years after selling my 328gts I still miss the car (now my brothers) and after years of owning the testarossa both of them are 100% reliable and I drive my cars almost everyday. The car at speed, the sound, the looks, and the ego trip no matter how much you drive it the car is like a drug, cant imagine life without a Ferrari...

The fact that despite all expectations, my wife actually did not flip out and pitch a fit when I told her I had bought it. Then again, she has no real idea what I paid either ;)

C'mon Jim, I've already put well over 500 miles on it this year... probably 530 or so! Heck, it was 150 mile round trip just to take it for the 30K maint in East Texas earlier this year (when you gave me a lift back!). :-)

Bob, the key to the reliability of your car is that you never drive it! :-)

For me it's the fact that when I get in it and twist the key, it always starts. I was expecting Fiat reliability when I bought it and the thing has been 100% reliable for almost 5 years now.

I hope I didn't just jinx myself with this post. :-)
