Had the stebro pipes installed today.Mark is right on--what a difference!Sound at idle is deeper and only slightly louder but not intrusive.However when the throttle is hammered-----BINGO!
Will try to record sound over weekend and post. |

I have a Tubi and Stebro crossover pipes on my Maranello.....it makes a HUGE difference as I am sure you will find out. Enjoy!

Manu reminded me that there was a "pipe-only" Tubi for the 550/575 that made things very different. If you're not satisfied with the "loudness" of a regular Tubi, the pipe-only is worth investigating. It is less expensive and in stock. |

Eric-never had a 550.Had a US 355 and euro 360.

Hey Martin, did you have a Tubi on the 550?
Additionaly, I know its impossible to get the true effect on a recorded sound clip, but if it was possible to post the sound, I'd love to hear it.

Even with Tubi I find the exhaust note lacking on my 575.So,tomorrow having the central resonator replaced by Stebro pipes.
Have recorded the sound before and will do same after.
Will report my impressions. |
