I did a web search and found alot of rental companies and between all of them you can rent anything you want some are more expencive than others. Lee I think that is a decent rate for a 348 I may have to go with something like that not bad price. Who has driven a 348 and a 355 how are they different dont want to get a 348 and it just be like my 355 with out power stering. but Ill check rent-a-vet

A few years ago,on one of my multiple trips to Vegas, called one place and they wanted $750.00 A DAY!!! Told them that I had a Ferrari back home, but it was still gonna be $750.00/DAY. This was in Feb.2000. And never checked again in 8 trips back. Theres enough other ways to get separated from your money out there. Some more fun than others.

I recently rented from Dream Car Rentals and Rent-A-Vette. The cars at Dream Car Rentals are really beat up and most do not have working A/C. Rent-A-Vette on the other hand has very clean cars and the A/C works on all of them. I would definately rent again from Rent-A-Vette. Be prepared for a long process at Rent-A-Vette which includes employment verification and fingerprinting!!

Didn't Rent-A-Vette used to have a 348? It's not listed on their site anymore.

I was in vegas in June. I got a 360 spyder from Rent a Vette. It was a 2003 with 200 miles on it!

They are a very good company. I was very happy with them.

Rates are better at www.rent-a-vette.com than the ones on the strip, such as dream car rentals. I don't know of a company with a TR but I think you'll find that rent-a-vette has the most competetive prices on all available, plus the mileage overage is less, too, if you really plan on driving a lot. I found that it's well worth driving a lot extra; if you've already got the car, might as well, I figure. My 348 was an '89, and was $399 for 24 hours/100 miles. $.50/mile over that.

Plan on driving over to Hoover Dam, and/or over the Red Rock Canyon (opposite directions)

I rented a 355 spider from, I think dream car rentals. The car looked great from 20' away, but man it had lived a tough life. The general condition of the leather and switchgear inside was deplorable. My wife was so distressed at the "Ferrari Abuse" that she couldn't really enjoy the car. The air conditioning had been removed, which I didn't mind in the spider.

Amazingly the engine felt very strong, the transmission, clutch and brakes also felt really good. In a way, it was somewhat impressive that a Ferrari could appear to be so neglected, but hold up mechanically. It did start to get hot in traffic, and I ended up taking it back later the same day for a discounted rate.
In the end, I would probably do it again.

if you haven't seen these rental cars before, be prepared to be shocked. vegas ferraris add a whole new meaning to the old phrase "drive it like a rental car".
