how do they modify the exhaust? it should have 4 tail-pipes instead of 2.....

I have 2 vids of it as well, but they're both from behind accelerating away from the camera. It's surprisingly quiet; almost as quiet as stock. You can find the vids (and the pic I posted) about half way down the page here: http://www2.csc.ne.jp/~ferrari/shuuonkai.htm

I like the rear panel vent. Paint it black and it would look cool.

I personally don't like center exhaust as on the lambo....they make a wide, low car look skinny and cheap...like they ran out of new ideas.

I found this pic on a Japanese website and personally think it's one of the few body mods for the F355 that actually goes well with the body lines. I dig the rear grill too as it's a change from the stock unit and the Challenge grill.
