Dean,

You must be annoyed with the way things have been handled re: Camisa and the 959. Do you drive the car often (well, within certain guidelines anyways)?

Agree that Grigio Alloy is awesome. I am thinking if I ever change the color on my 959 it would be to that one. Blasphemy? Maybe... But it would look good!

As for blues and Ferrari. I like metallic blues like TDF for the Modena, and non-metallics like Pozzi for the Maranello.

Alex, do you still have your 355? It isn't mentioned in your profile anymore... Also, what kind of wheels are those on your 246? There is a present for you in my profile too... Sorry to go off-topic folks.

Late to this topic, but I have a 360 in Pozzi (it is in my profile). I had the opportunity to see Pozzi, Le Mans, NART, and TDF in the same room (but under artificial lighting). All different, but all have their positives.

However, since having seen a 360 in Grigio Alloy, I can't think about any other color. I think the car looks fantastic in that color.

Alex,

Ok -- I too have a Pozzi 575, am Greek, and fly as well. Is there room for more than one of us one this board?

Alex, the person in my profile is Reza from eliteimports.us on the 2003 Players run, there is a pic of my in my profile now... And to answer alberto's question, it's hard to tell because all cars look different in different colors.

My 308 is nart and I think it looks fantastic. I think the nart has more metallic than the other blues

Hi Norman and all,

Is Le Mans blue in the current range? I think it wasn't like one year agoo. Is there any sensible difference with TDF or NART?

It's an F1 and it's everything I hoped it would be. I drive it a couple of times a week and it's proven to be just fine in sticky hot weather (the AC blows really cold!).

I had the whole family at the Enzo event, so we were in a hohum Benz (my S55 which is possibly the greatest car ever built for more than 2 people)

Hi all,

I think Grigio Alloy is maybe the best colour for any 360. Azzurro California looks very strange to me: it is a nice shade of blue in direct light but when it is not in direct light looks way too dark!

Here you can see a Grigio Alloy 360 Spider (the rear view one), then an Azzurro California 360 Spider(the side view one).

Finally I would like to ask you about the name of the colour of this 456 s/n 127597 here. I'm pretty sure it is not Grigio Alloy and by what I can see it looks too light for Azzurro California... mmm, not sure at all! Any suggestions?

Thanks

My 575 is Pozzi and I think it's stunning. In direct sunlight it's indescribable. It's a very deep color and looks incredible in real life. Check out the picture in my profile

My understanding is that "Bob's" spider is Grigio. Very reminiscent of Azzuro, but less "blueness". I was surprised to see a color called "grey" by the Italianos have that hue. Gorgeous!

Bob, it looks like that is Grigio Alloy if it is more silver with a slight dusting of light blue. If it is more light blue over a silver base, it is California Azzuro.

Looks like Grigio Alloy to me.

This colour is very cool. It is a paint that changes with the light. Is it something between silver, blue and green. Not very well seen on photo but very cool. But it isn't a Modena, so I do not know if i like it on that one.

For a coupe, I used to think B. Pozzi was stunning, but having seen Norm's Le Mans blue, I gotta say that's the one. Check the Bay area thread for a link to pictures of his car.

Actually, here's the link for you: http://www.atomic80.com/misc/ferrari/default.htm

The dark blue 360 coupe is Norm's. The colors are tough to tell by pictures, so your best bet is probably to check out the color sample plates that your dealer has.
