FLI just sold an 03F1 spyder red/black with about 900 miles for $237K. so figure an 02 F1/spyder with same options will bring $220K-$225K. $125K i think it is still too low but thomas keep on mind that you have to put in an additional $20K-$25K in conversion cost and other BS. in my opinion it is not worth it. you can get a nice 01 for around $195k-$200K us version. |

Frank, $125K for a Euro car that HAS all DOT/EPA papers? Tell you what, IF you find one, I'll take it in a second. And, I'll pay you a finders fee. |

I sent him an email and got the response that his mail box was full. Must be a lot of folks trying to buy the car. Oh well. |

That's a little high IMHO. The car had a MSRP of $171k and is now almost 2 model years old. With the exotic car market as it is and the 360 replacement out next year, I would think $125k is more in line IF it has been properly DOT/EPA converted |

I saw this ad for a 2002 360 spider F1, 2600 miles, in carbuyer.com http://www.carbuyer.com/moreinfo.html?adv=1&key=791735&s= It is a Euro car, probably not converted yet, but it still seems really low for a 360 Spider. Does anyone know anything about "The Car Guy" in Santa Cruz, CA. He says he has several of these to choose from. Any info would be appeciated, especially from Martin, who always seems to tell it like it is and is obviously very well respected by many on this fine forum. Thanks! |
