The same folding top fits both the 355 and the 348. And the 355 doesn't have any more leg room than the 348 (though the center console cutout on the 355 does allow the driver to splay his leg to the right some more, so it's effective a few more inches of leg room). vty, --Dennis

Yes, the roof takes quite a bit of space behind the seats, I am 182cm tall and am at the limit of not being comfortable (maybe I would not at all if I had a clutch pedal). That's the price to pay for the music of the V8 ... I was told that the folding roof of the 348 can be mounted on a 355, but never saw one. |

I have a 348ts, bought a folding top for it because mounting the hard top behind the seats takes up too much of the precious leg room. I'm now looking for a 355 gts (with f1) - does it have similar issues with the hard top taking up leg room when stored? I've not seen any reference to a folding top for the 355. |
