Ferrari Club of America - New England Region WELCOME TO AUTUMN! Did you have enough fun with your Ferrari this summer? Well, summers not over yet! Your New England Region has a very busy autumn planned, with activities scheduled for the next four weekends in a row! Well start our splendid fall fun on this upcoming Sunday (9/14) with a tour of the Bill Jennings Collection - oh, that sounds too formal; come up to bucolic Wolfeboro, NH, on Lake Winnipesaukee for a scenic drive, good grub, and a chance to clamber around all-around-nice-guy Bill's nifty cars and other toys, organized by Christian Scott. This is a rare opportunity to see a collection of classic and modern machinery, including a 250 GT PF Cabriolet, 360 GT, 333 SP, F50 and, yes, an Enzo Ferrari!. The following weekend WILL be just a touch more formal; it's the Ferrari Cup at Myopia Polo in Hamilton, MA, sponsored by Ferrari & Maserati of New England. Then we'll be taking a fast drive through Central Mass., ending at Ferrari and Maserati of New England for lunch, a tech session and the viewing of the USGP. And the fourth weekend of Ferrari merriment will be our annual Vermont Ferrari Festival! IF YOU'RE NOT ALREADY A MEMBER OF THE FCA, THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO JOIN! ===================================== Garage Tour at Bill Jennings Sunday, September 14th, Wolfeboro, NH, 10:30 am -2:30 pm. The first match was played here in 1888 on the oldest existing polo field in the United States. This is the 115th season of Myopia Polo, 1888-2003, and will offer spectators some of the finest competitive polo in the country." Polo starts at 3pm, and well arrive around 2:30pm. For the morning drive, we'll meet at 10:00 a.m., right off of I-495, between Rt. 2 and the Mass Pike., in the big parking lot at the Salt Box Country Store, 626 Main Street (Route 117 West), Bolton, Massachusetts, for a nice, back roads drive (NOT the same route we took in the spring) and a bombing run back to Ferrari & Maserati of New England for bunch. We'll be using Motorola (FRS) radios on the drive, so bring one if you have one (channel 3, code 8), and make sure you've filled your gas tank!
