Mike...but that be to easy. And I really like the 360 style. In a perfect world, I would get a thinner twin spoke style...(I would have to dig up the pic). Its a quest now almost, since they prove to be such a challange to fig. all this out. |

Omar, those wheels that Nick has on his site at www.nicksforzaferrari.com/forzaferrariwebsite1004.htm for 308's and 328's are indeed Ronal LZ wheels which you can see on their site at www.ronalusa.com/cars/ferrari-308gts.html Also note that the prices at Nick's are probably negotiable, as I've seen Ronal LZ wheels elsewhere on the net at a much cheaper price. Note that if you get the LZ wheels, you won't NEED any spacers, since they'll custom build you the wheels with the offset you want or need for your car.

quote:Contact Jerry (might be Gary) at Ronal Wheels USA www.ronalusa.com and he will custom build you the spacers for your setup with all required wheel bolts. Remember to tell him if it's an 1989 as it has ABS which may make a difference on spacer requirements. He will need to know rear shock setup stock 328 have 4" diameter springs which limit how wide a tire you can go. He will also may require that you send him a front and rear wheel. Ronal is great and I will also tell you that the stuff that is posted about bump steer etc on FC is engineering double speak as I run my car on the track and it makes the original setup feel like a pickup truck. Also 360 wheels: Fronts are 8" and rears are 10" my 1st setup I used Fronts on all corners then later changed to 10" on rears. I had changed my rear shocks with 2" diameter springs which allowed for larger tires and thus 10" rims. Stick with 35 series tires on all 4 corners. Mention my name (Paul Sloan) as he has built me two sets over the years. Take Care Paul
I asked Paul Sloan, and this was his reply. I am going to contact Nick (the other sponser on fchat) next week and ask his his opinion/thoughts. (I've been preoccupied, but I should...no I must, make time ) Nick should have an opinion on the rear spring/strut setup needed, as well as the best possible manufacter and such...hopefully. I'm waiting on buying the rims and tires yet, as my car is STILL in the shop as of yet, and that is going to be a 2+k dollar bill (little things as well as installation of a TUBI cat-by and exhaust) that I'm waiting for. Once that maintaince bill clearly known, I will know how much I have left to play with for rims, and I can start in this area. Like I said my goal is to have it done by spring, as my car will be in storage more or less until then. |

Thanks Omar - Should be with you mid week. Had any more joy on the wheels for the 328? From what I have seen there is defiantly a lack of space between the inside of the rim and the strut on the rears. I presume this is something to do with the extra mods needed to fit the 360 wheels!! Paul

Paul, Is the dead pedal sold separately from the normal pedal set. I ordered a set from your site the other day for my 328. If it is separate, I'd like to get my hands on one. It looks great. -Augustine |

The latest one is the 308/328 GTS Dead pedal. These will be shipping out tomorrow for those who have placed orders.
There will be two others variants out in the next 2 weeks 308/328 GTB Mondial T The 360 dead pedals are in design as I write this post! Many thanks to all of you have helped out with sending pictures, sketches and the pedals from their cars. Paul www.hill-engineering.co.uk Ferrari Chat Sponsor
