My advice, look in the Ferrari Market Letter and also in the Autoweek classifieds.

Do not want to be self serving, but my 04 spider is coming in sometime in the next couple months. My 01 F1 coupe is going back on Algars floor (a promise I made to them when I bought it), in the next couple weeks. Its as perfect as you could get for a car with 5600 miles. Red/tan, power seats, shields, and very well taken care of. If anyone is interested you can give Algar a call.

Ricky,

That's an unbelievable deal. I can't even find a 99 F-1 for that $$

Miller Motors cars has a 2003 6spd for $170K. In contrast to that, Algar has a 2003 F1 Spider for $249K. Are F1 Spiders worth that much more?

my friend just bought a 2001 360 F1 with 1200 miles from Ferrari of New England...he paid $120,000 plus an old Lotus so figure the $145,000.

Ryan,
I agree. The prices seem to be way too high, but I do not want to wait for 18-24 months. Please email me with the info on the car you were looking at. That is the 1st one I have seen for a reasonable price. My address is [email protected]

Oh, in July I was offered a 99 6 speed with 4k miles for 165k. That's to give you an example of what I mean by overpriced for year or miles.

Scott,
I have been looking and I just decided that I will probably just get on the waiting list. The best that I have seen is an 01 6 speed (that's what I want) w/ 4.4k for 150k. It had the shields, calipers, daytona seats, challenge grill and all records. That was offered to me last week and that is the best deal I have seen for a truly top car. The other top cars were either overpriced for their years or miles and I have seen some substandard cars for less but I don't want a substandard car. I would prefer an 01/02 w/ 6-10k miles but the ones I have seen are overpriced.

Is that $125K for a 99 six speed?

Scott:

The American versions 6 speed are approximately 125k for a 99, 130k for a 00, up to 10k over MSRP for an 03. The F1s are about 5 - 7k higher. Mileage is also a factor, a high mileage car, say 30k would be less than the above quoted prices.

As to the Euro models, I would suspect that they are about 10 - 15% lower comparable cars.

Hope this helps.

So many variables but I would venture starting at $125k and up. Good Luck

I am also looking for a year 2000 or newer 360 coupe, with either an F-1 or 6 speed. If you can give me an idea of what 1999, 2000 and 2001 360 coupe's are going for, that would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Scott
