Adnaan, I didn't receive the video yet, he must be waiting for the cheque to clear. Will let you know what I think when I get it though!

Here's a similar picture I found on the net. The #5.

BTW, it's for the passenger side only. I never use it as a 3rd seat (I dont think anybody would ever do that).

I use the Mercedes Benz Baby Smart booster. It fits just fine.

Dont worry about the stains, the car can be replaced but the experience sharing your passion with your kid(s) is priceless.

Justynb

Did you get the video through? How was it?

Yesterday I won a 4 video box set of 50 years of Ferrari. Only 11 quid! Cant wait to get that through.

Also last week won 33 copies of Ferrari World Magazine in mint condition for 39 quid. They should be arriving any day now. Keep me busy in the evening for weeks. My wife is gonna go ballistic!!!

I keep telling my wife there is no such thing as a baby seat for my 348 but she reckons she saw one somewhere, maybe at Donnington earlier in the year.

Please don't tell her any different, the last thing I want are any baby related stains on my Crema Hide!

Justyn.

Hey i'd love to see a pic of the baby seat as that would suit my needs. Ive never heard of anything like that before.

My friend bought a car seat from a specialist company who do car seats for sports cars. He's just digging out the number. Post it in a few minutes.

Craig,

I have spoken with my insurance they are fine with it. Slightly higher price.
The baby seat I saw was a racing seat with a four point harness. Looked safer then a normal baby seat...

Help.... I love the Ferrari and I have had a Maserati before... Might consider a LHD 456GT they are going for around 39,000.00 I have seen a 1994 456 Gt for 37,999 LHD... Just a biy concerned with reliability costs. No issues with the 348.

Obviously entirely your choice Justin but I wouldnt reccomend it.

I've heard of people doing this in TVRs and apparently it was less than safe to say the least.

I think you'd need some pretty serious mounting points and in the event of an accident you might find that your insurance comepany arent too happy as the car is only classed as a 2 seater.

I went through same thought process about a year ago & have ended up selling mine, just got a 3200GTA instead .

Guys, I have seen a TR in the Uk with a baby seat mounted to the rear bulk head between the driver and passenger seat. I need the same doing for my 348. Any suggestions where ???
