Nick,

The Capristo can be had with polished tips as well, the carbon fiber tips are optional. I bought the Capristo for one because I thought the carbon fiber tips looked awesome, I guess to each their own.

Yes, Tubi does work closely with Ferrari. Capristo is a German company and I don't believe they have any connection to Ferrari, but then again I have no idea. Frankly, I am not sure what closely working with Ferrari gains you, as I firmly believe the Capristo is a better exhaust than a Tubi.

I cannot comment on the sound of Capristo but the tips really look ugly. The Tubi tips are polished chrome and look great.

I hope someone posts a sound link for the Capristo. It is my understanding that Tubi works closely with Ferrari. Who manufactures Capristo and what affliation/contacts do they have with Ferrari?

Are those turbos I see installed on that engine? It looks like one, but its in the wrong place....

[edit] I take it back... just saw a high-res version of the photo and it is not. It has a belt attached.

Ernesto

PS. If I didnt already have the Tubi, I'd consider the Capristo... without the CF tips though...

Vanny, the Capristo system is real nice looking but don't know much about it. I have pictures that I can forward to you. Why are you making the change?
