I also purchased a radiator fan switch for my 308 from Ferrai Parts Exchange, supposedly new. I am in the military, and it took me several months to getting around to doing the job properly, and I found, upon installing the new switch, that it didn't work. It opened/closed intermittently, and when the coolant was warm enough for the switch to be totally closed, I measured a phenomenal amount of impedance, resulting in not enough current through the relays to turn the fans on. (I also checked it on the kitchen stove in water, heating and cooling the water between 160 degrees and 220 degrees, and using an ohm-meter to check at what temp the switch actually opened, or if it opened at all.) Ferrari Parts Exchange was unwilling to replace my bad switch or refund me. I realize I was out of the "thirty day window" for electrical parts returns, but I AM an electrical engineer. The switch either works or it doesn't. It wasn't going to "burn up" by sitting in the box it was shipped in. I'm somewhat miffed that they wouldn't put their "thirty-day window" rule aside for this particular item. It's not like a fuse, or some other electrical component that I could've trashed by pushing too much current through it by mistake. There're only two wires going to it... one for +12V, and one to ground. I understand your frustrations, with the way they handle backing up what they sell. Ferrari Parts Exchange is not where I'll go in the future. |

I work at Ferrari Parts Exchange and that is not one of our e-mail addresses. BTW, we are in the Bay area of CA. I'm sorry to hear of your troubles Dave. I do not recognize the names you mentioned either.

Dave, Sorry to hear about your dissapointment. I can tell you that everything I have ordered for my Mondial Cab from the sponsors of this site have been fine. I haven't had any complaints and I have found several times that they had an updated or better part than I asked for. Mike |

Did you contact those guys, it should be insured or they should stand behind their products. I'm sure they do. Check any of the FerrariChat.com sponsors. There's 4-5 that sell parts and if there's a complaint, it's taken care of and always a good explanation. |

I found an ad for a NEW 355 Challenge Grill at Ferrari Parts Exchange from "[email protected]", partners Greg King and Joe Avino selling F-car parts out of Florida. Took a month to get it. Arrives with paint chipped and a dime size rust spot. What guys can you rust to buy parts online? |
