awfully sad to see. other than the damage, that looks exactly like my baby!

you could probably make damn good money parting it out, martin. it looks like the damage is mostly cosmetics. is that so? four wheels; four tires; suspension; 1 engine; lots of interior pieces; lots of exterior pieces; etc. etc. etc. the damn spider roof is worth a fortune alone.

i'll give ya $1K for the engine - deal?

doody.

Martin, the wrecked Maranello hood you bought from David would fit on this no problem. You can also use the (2) 355 fenders you bought! What a mess. All kidding aside, I am sorry to see that this happened.

Ouch!

Easy fix, a gallon of Bondo, a few rolls of racing tape and a spray can of Yellow paint car should be as good as new

Martin, I am terribly, terribly sorry to see this happen to your car, and wish you the best of luck in resolution.
Without prying - how is the customer handling all this?

OUCH is right!! Sorry to see that, Martin. Was just admiring the pics this AM in your ad, and thinking what a good deal this was...assuming it's the same car. Glad, too, that no one was injured.

Does this fall under the "You Break It, You Buy It" category?

Now you know why I let you load the TR into the hauler

Ouch! Wasn't that the car that you just had a 30K and minor repairs done on too?

Customer was driving, in rain hit standing water that was almost invisible and lost control. Could have happened to anybody. Miami has some wicked weather.

I think so as well. That car is toast.

okay here they are.
A few days ago in water my 355 Spider slipped and hit the rail. No I was not driving....thank you very much.
No injury (thank God) and no other damage other that these little scratches. Some buffing will take care of that and it will be good as new. Might trade it to the Toy Store :-)
