Mark All the Zoolander Referances are making my assistant start to wonder why I seem to burst into laughter every now and then. She already thinks there is something wrong with my brain but this is not helping. Damn funny Keep it up |

I was at a street corner in Waikiki one day & saw a nice red 308 with the license MAGMUM. It was deceptive in a fast glance, since I was focusing more on the car & it wasn't until I got home & saw my picture of it that I realized it wasn't MAGNUM |

The only 2 Lambos, that I know, not named after a Spanish Brave Bull or bull breeder are the Countach and the LM002, but it might be more. Im am not a Lamborghini fan so I do not know that much. - Julio. |

He's correct. I just read some articles-I think R & T,and some other ones. And,all of the Lambo cars were named after famous fighting bulls. Thus the "snorting bull". I think, not sure, though, that there may have been 1 or 2 cars named after the ranches that bred the bulls, too. |

Sorry to brake your theories, but the Lamborghini Murcielago it is not named after a BAT, it is named after a bull named Murcilago. Murcilago was a bull from the breeder Prez Laborda, who was indulted from death in a 'fight' with the bullfighter Lagartijo in Crdoba in 1879 because of his brave and noble character. Some people will say that Murcialgo was a Miura. But he was not, after being indulted, the bull ended his days breeding for the Ganadera of Antonio Miura For those who knows Spanish here is a link which mentions this facts: http://www.noticiasdenavarra.com/canales/sanfermin2003/s20030713/d13san2705.php or Italian http://www.newstreet.it/case/ArticoliNotizie.asp?IdM=LAMBORGHINI&Id=106 Sorry I cound not find any reference in English. A contribution to your plate list U2SLOW - Julio. |

Taek - What a great movie... "If there's anything that this horrible tragedy can teach us, it's that a male model's life is a precious, precious commodity. Just because we have chiselled abs and stunning features, it doesn't mean that we, too, can't not die in a freak gasoline fight accident."
quote:Ah! So the Batmobile really is a Lambo then? No BS

Jerry: I had the same feeling when I got mine, that an "homage" was in order. My Tennessee plate says "THKSNZO" Very few get it; I just tell them it's a Ferrari nerd joke. |

Just for Ferraris, I've seen "TAX TOY" on in WA which made us all smile. In '80s, I saw "BOY TOY" in NY or NJ, which I thought it was appropriate.
