yes those are the 2400 series. His are single lug...high single mirror on car. Compomotive also has some wheels that look just like 288 GTO wheels in various sizes, but not sure if they do single lug wheels..bet they don't.

Jeff, I wish I could tell you exactly, but I can't. I bought the wheels from a Ferrari Lister about 2 years ago. He had them his car that used to belong to Tom Selleck. I'm not the biggest chrome fan in the world, but I got such a good deal on them that I didn't complain. All I was really interested in was the specs...17x9 fr, 17x12rr.

I think the wheel is a 2pc model of the 2400SM shown here:

http://www.garedcars.com/wheels1A.htm

Apparently, they're all custom built.

I needed bigger wheels to clear this brake kit and I didn't want to use TRX tires in the metric sizes. As I said before, I don't have any pics of the wheels on my (red/tan) car just yet. And, as you can see, I put the custom shock idea on hold for now.

Robert, The club is still active in the fall and winter months. Check the newsletter for scheduled events.

Of course, there will always be impromptu drives and other unofficial activities.

Lashdeep Singh: Can you tell me what "model" of speedline wheels those are? Is your car the center bolt or single lug type? I am totally drooling....I would love to get those wheels on my TR.

Long time no see!! Hope all is well, had a fun run Saturday, there was a few 360's there..very cool!!

LS, yeah there 18x10 R, 18x8 f, fit's perfect looking down the barrel of the car! Does not stick out from the fender, just right up to it..

Robert, I didn't have a preference either way. But I got such a good deal on the Speedlines that I couldn't resist them. Before installation, I thought that they would rub for sure, but they seem to be pretty good so far. As you can see from the lower pic, they stick out all the way to the fender line.

Those HREs are 18x8.5 and 18x10.5 or are they bigger?

They look sharp on your car...really make it eye catching.

Hey LS,
Nice rim's,I was also looking into Speedline but the HRE just jumped at me!! I have had no rubbing/clearance problem's at all, I wanted as wide in the rear as I could go..295-I thought was the max??? 12" across the rubber..gives it a mean look!

Robert, nice pimpin' on the wheels!

They look awesome. Any clearance or rubbing problems? I've got these on my car (pic below).

My car is a red/tan Euro, although the picture is from a summer when Jim Humphries borrowed the set for this black/tan Euro until he bought new tires.
I don't have any pics of my car with the new wheels on it unfortunately.
They're Speedlines in 17x9 fr and 17x12 rr. It has 245/40-ZR17s for the front and 315/35-ZR17s for the back.

WOW !!! Great rims !!! Nice choice....not too much brightwork, but just enough to catch your eye the "right" way. I find that "heavy" looking cars like the TR or the Vanquish, to pick something newer, all look better with thin 5 spoke wheels versus other types of designs. A friend of mine, my old boss exactly, has a TR with 18" Speedlines and those wheels work really well also.

Robert - lets see some more of the drum kit. I'm guessing Pearl or Tama from the long squared lugboxes.

Sweet garage!
