Peter,

John Scotti is still at it with a Lambo, Range Rover, Volvo, Lotus and pre-owned exotics warehouse out in the east end. FoQ is owned by Lawrence Strohl I believe and if I'm not mistaken, Luigi has his shop in Ville St. Laurent out near the airport. At least I think that's his shop.

I know of 4 Barchetta's that passed thru Ferrari Quebec in the past years...

1- Red/black for sale about a year ago
2- Yellow/black featured in the "Guide de l'auto 2002"
3- red/black originally sold (and flipped) at Brian Jessel Ferrari and was part of the inventory buy back of Ferrari du Quebec so it ended in Ferrari du Quebec's showroom for the summer and sold

4- Silver/red recently sold at Ferrari du Quebec over the summer

That's my count...corrections welcome

Thanks for the link John... I suppose then, you probably don't know if Mr. Luigi Della Grotta still runs the place?

I'm familiar with John Scotti.

The 550 Barchetta is not a really rare car - relatively speaking of Ferrari of course.

Here in Vancouver, we had not one, but TWO sold by the then local dealer. And we are just a two-bit town out in the West...

Nice Pics John. Do you happen to know if Luigi Sports Cars in St. Laurent is still around?

Good question.

Some just arrived I think (because there was a big Ferrari truck ) and some were in repaire. They keep some outside to give more space in the garage when they work. I remember that day when it was closing they were all putting the Ferraris back in the garage. The garage was full after.

Yeah I agree those tyres on the BBi are bit too thin. oh well.

Yup we have a 550 Barchetta in Quebec. (theres more Barchetta Im sure)
I'v even seen a F40 and F50 at that dealer. And if the infos that someone gave me are right they are suppose to receive an Enzo in november or december.

Thanks for sharing.
Anyone else ever notice how stupid the 512 bbi looks with those rediculously small factory tires being swallowed by the beautiful wheel well flares of the boxer?
