All great questions, Anthony.

All meals were pleasant, although the US one was the least. But that's not a reflection on our cuisine here, more of what I ordered, so my own mistake.

I wouldn't want to drop any country, they're all good. My only struggle (as mentioned before) was with Monaco because it is hard to define its cuisine or make it distinctively different from its neighbouring countries.

If I could pick a GP to be dropped, it would certainly be Nuerburgring. Boring track and IMHO calling it a 'European GP' is simply no justification to have it. Lame. But not really for gastronomic reasons. I like German food.

Another way of looking at it, is cost wise: All I can say right now is, that Brazil was the most expensive place and the US the cheapest (and worst, so I guess you get what you pay for).

This thread is already making me hungry! Without giving too much away can you tell us which was the best and worst meal? Which country would you like to see dropped from the calander for purely gastranomic reasons?

Greek would be easy here too. We have an entire Greek town. And this year we finally got a Brazilian restaurant. Unfortunately we lost the one and only Monaco restaurant we had (to a US potato shop, how cruel!)

Bernie can bring on Turkey, Bahrain, Moscow and Shanghai, we're ready!

Unfortuntely despite Boston's famous city image, its real lack is diversity of cuisine. There's lots of great food don't get me wrong, but often a lack on interesting ethnic choices.

For example if you search on zagat.com for Greek, you get 3 (three!) restaurants, none of which is in Boston (all suburban).

Cue OT claims/outrage from Bostonites...

This contest is about this year, so no Bahrain yet.

However living in a metropole like Chicago makes Bahrain piece of cake.

Oddly enough the hardest thing to do, was find a place representing Monaco. What is Monaco's cuisine anyway? French, Italian, Mediterranean?

Well, I won't give the answer of course. Not yet.

Bahrain should present a challenge for finding a restaurant...

On Wednesday at 2pm ET I will post 16 fotos of meals from the 16 countries Formula One has been racing this year.

You will have to identify the country the foto/food belongs to. The first to do so will get a brand new T-Shirt commemorating Michael's 5 championships (hopefully the shirt will soon be outdated...).

Stay tuned. 48 hours and counting.

Background: At each GP weekend we're going out to dinner to a restaurant of the country the race takes place in. Basically to celebrate the weekend.
