Attached is a seat photo. They are in excellent condition.
Regarding the price of the folding top, I paid $1250 for it three years ago from Ferrari of Dallas, and it has seen very little weather since I owned it. I only used it when I went on a trip where the top was on and off a lot. Around town I keep the stock top on or go without.

The top is more than what it was when it was new.
I have seen them advertised for $800 before. You may want to adjust that price.
Your seats are priced right. They are actually very nice. Medium gray will look very good.
In any case you should post them in Ferrari Ads.

For sale: 348 Serie Speciale carbon fibre factory racing seats. Excellent condition in medium gray leather for $2250. Also for sale a limited production 348 ts folding targa top. Very hard to find, but a great way to add leg room when your top is off. Originally sold through dealerships, these tops are made of expensive and durable black cloth. They fold like an accordian front to back and sit on the shelf behind seats when the top is down. To put it on the car you pop it open and lock the metal braces, and then mount it on the car just as a conventional targa top. It is light, totally waterproof, and very high quality. I had other owners ask about it wherever I went. The profile of the mounted top is almost identical to the conventional top, but you add headroom when it is on the car because it is not as thick. When your top is down, you do not have to have a top behind your seats.
This top is in very good condition. Price: $1250.
