Michael There are several options depending on the service history. If it is all main dealer history you can get a Power Warranty from an authorised dealer for any car up to 6 years old, after that they do a Powertrain Warranty which covers engine/ gearbox only, in either case they will want to check the car before taking it on, this includes a compression check and costs around 200 If the service history is not main dealer then have a chat with the supplying specialist or Kent High Performance can sell you a third party warranty |

not sure you can extend the factory warranty, but you can buy an additional third part warranty, Lombard and most of the major finance people do them |

I read in a previous thread that in the US you can get an extened warranty on a used car, or that the original warranty is transferable. Does anyone know what the case would be in the UK if you bought a 2000 360 from a ferrari garage but not a main dealer? could you get a factory warranty etc?
