There are good investments now. We just need to look back in 30 years to know what they were ;-)

Land in selected areas from the 60's also gave a great ROI.

In 1968 I was offered a 250 GTO and a trailer for $6500. couldn't come up with the $ but I knew it was a deal. The other side is that there were many good investments one could have made back then. There are paintings that I know of that were bought for 75K back then that are now worth 30 million dollars.
