It is a small "metal Plate" they attach to the car, I think on the inside of the door. search the archives to find pic of one |

Looking for any information on anyone going through this with there BBi or any other Ferrari
within the last 2 years. My car is '84 and registered in California but original owner removed for painting. I will apply for one next week and have all the necessary smog equipment.
