If nothing else you can use the basic "Paint" program that comes with Windows. Check the "Attributes" to see what the dimensions of the picture are. Then go to "Stretch and Skew" to shrink the pic down. Both are found in the "Image" pulldown menu.

Note that in addition to being smaller than 640x640 pixels, it must also be smaller than 250KB. For photos, save it as a JPEG for best image with smallest file size. |

Open the photo with Microsoft Photo Editor (right click on the photo you want to open in Windows Explorer, go to "Open with"). Click on "Image" the "Resize" then bring the photo down to 640 by 640 (or 640 X a smaller number). Then you can post it. |

If you had a Mac it would be effortless... On Windoze, it depends upon what software you happen to own as to what the best way is. |

does anyone no how to shrink a photo to fit as a attachment to the post? it seems all my photos I want to share are to big. I wish i always had this problem type of shrinkage problem! |
