Shrinking a photo

Check the "Attributes" to see what the dimensions of the picture are. Then go to "Stretch and Skew" to shrink the pic down. Both are found in the "Image" pulldown menu. Click on "Image" the "Resize" then bring the photo down to 640 by 640 (or 640 X a smaller number). Then you can post it. I wish i always had this problem type of shrinkage problem!
